When your application is accepted:

• Complete and mail the Companion Pet Contract.
  You complete the Buyer's Information. We will complete the Puppy Information when your puppy is selected.

• Make deposit by credit card, PayPal, or contact us to pay by check or money order. Deposits made by credit card or PayPal include an additional $10 processing fee.
• 
  
• If you are paying by check or money order your deposit is $300.
• 
  
• If you are paying by credit card or PayPal your deposit is $310.

Puppy selections are made at 6 weeks of age. Breeder selections are made first, then we work with you on choosing your puppy.

When your puppy is selected you may make your final payment by credit card, PayPal, or contact us to pay by check or money order.

You're final balance depends on the delivery and payment options you choose.

• Puppy purchase price is $2,600
• Our shipping fee is $325.
• If you pick up your puppy in KY there is no shipping fee, however, you will pay 6% KY sales tax.
• Credit card and PayPal payments include an additional $75 processing fee.
• Check or money must be received at least 1 week prior to delivery.

  ($2,300 balance + $325 shipping)

• If we are shipping your puppy to you and you are paying by credit card or PayPal, your final payment is $2,700.
  ($2,300 balance + $325 shipping + $75 processing fee)

• If you are picking up your puppy in KY and you are paying by check or money order, your final payment is $2,456
  ($2,300 balance + $156 KY sales tax)
• 
  
• If you are picking up your puppy in KY and you are paying by credit card or PayPal, your final payment is $2,531
  ($2300 balance + $156 sales tax + $75 processing fee)
